By using printedwordz.com, you agree to these Terms with Pottsville Free Public Library ("Library"), operator of Printed Wordz.

1. Services

Printed Wordz provides information about library programs including the Printed Word Club, rare book archive, librarian reviews, local author features, free digitizing, and 3D printing. In-person services are subject to library policies and availability.

2. Acceptable Use

• Use the site for lawful, non-commercial purposes aligned with library mission
• Provide accurate information in forms and submissions
• Do not disrupt site operation or attempt unauthorized access
• Author submissions must not infringe third-party copyrights

3. Intellectual Property

Site content is owned by Pottsville Free Public Library unless otherwise noted. Local author content remains the property of respective authors; authors grant the Library a non-exclusive license to display submitted materials on Printed Wordz.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Library is not liable for indirect damages, third-party actions, or temporary site outages. Program schedules and service availability may change without notice.

5. Governing Law

Pennsylvania law applies. Disputes resolved in Schuylkill County courts.
